This includes any leads you might already have and also important factors such as; geography, size, turnover, number of employees and which employee titles / decision makers you would like to focus on. 

This will ensure both parties, that we provide you with a solid group, consisting of similar companies from which to choose from.

After this information gathering process, all potential customers will be inside our CRM and can be utilised for all future processing for our meeting bookers and you.

We will gather your marketing materials and shared calendars in order to begin the meeting booking process. 

Once a meeting is booked, we will send detailed meeting information answering all qualification questions agreed upon, which will prepare your sales person for the meeting.

In the event that a meeting is cancelled by the guest party, our Customer Success service will reschedule a new date and time for you automatically.
